Job summary

Sodexo Ltd at Rathdown School in Glenageary, Co. Dublin, is seeking a motivated Commis Chef to join the catering team. You’ll support preparation and service of nutritious meals, while upholding food safety, hygiene and customer service standards.

Working alongside the Chef Manager, you’ll help with stock control, menu delivery and events, develop your culinary skills, and contribute to a welcoming kitchen environment. This role offers training, a supportive team, and the Sodexo benefits package.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen or catering environment is desirable.
• A relevant culinary qualification is desirable.
• Good knowledge of food hygiene, health & safety and allergen requirements.
