Job summary

Rexel/Kellihers Electrical in Baldonnell, Dublin, is seeking a Reach Truck Driver/General Operative to move stock and support picking, packing and loading in our distribution centre.

You will operate a reach truck, follow WMOS/WMS guidance, perform daily truck checks, maintain a clean safe area, and work with the team to meet daily targets. Must hold a valid reach truck licence and warehouse experience.

Qualifications

• Valid, in-date reach truck licence is essential.
• Previous reach truck experience in a warehouse.
• Good understanding of manual handling and health & safety practices.
• Basic literacy and numeracy for paperwork and stock records.
• Experience using a warehouse management system (WMS) is desirable.
• Reliable, punctual and a team player.
• Flexibility to work different shifts or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate a reach truck safely to load, unload, and move pallets within racking systems.
• Pick and pack orders accurately in line with WMS instructions.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring goods are secured for transport.
• Carry out general warehouse duties including sorting, labeling, stock rotation and housekeeping.
• Complete loading manifests and stock documentation accurately.
• Conduct daily pre-use checks on the reach truck and report faults immediately.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working area per health and safety standards.
• Assist with stock takes and cycle counts as required.
• Work collaboratively with the broader warehouse team to meet daily targets.
• Always follow all company health and safety policies and procedures.
