Job summary

Ferrero Cork is seeking a Regional Development Manager (RDM) / Project Engineer to lead site performance improvement, maintenance excellence, asset optimization, and strategic operational initiatives. You will collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and external partners to deliver measurable improvements and capital projects.

The role emphasizes TPM, Lean, and reporting, with governance and compliance duties and a focus on safety, quality, and cost

Qualifications

3rd level qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Operations Management, or Food Science.
Experience delivering operational improvements and business performance results while leading cross functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and asset management principles.

Responsibilities

Lead Asset Performance & Maintenance Excellence initiatives to improve equipment uptime, OEE and plant efficiency while optimizing preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance.
Drive Continuous Improvement, TPM, Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence across the site with structured problem solving and root cause analysis.
Manage Projects & Capital Investments from concept through execution, including plans, budgets, timelines, resources and risk mitigation.
Coordinate Stakeholder & Contractor management, ensuring safety, quality, GMP, and on-time delivery of project milestones.
Maintain governance, compliance & reporting through accurate records, audits, dashboards and standardised processes.
