Job summary

AtkinsRéalis Ireland is seeking an Associate Director Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary rail projects from concept to delivery. The role partners with clients and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes while mentoring junior staff and advancing design excellence.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering (level 8/9) with postgraduate experience preferred.
• Chartered status with Engineers Ireland or equivalent required.
• Experience delivering multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects in Ireland/UK or similar.
• Proven ability to manage a multi-disciplinary design team.
• Strong communication and client relationship development skills.
• Full clean driving license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead as Project Manager/Director on multi-disciplinary rail projects.
• Own contract/commercial management and tender development.
• Oversee the design process from concept to detailed design.
• Line management and mentoring of junior staff.
• Develop tender proposals, lead bids and secure commissions.
