Job summary

TTM Healthcare Limited is seeking an experienced Clinical Facilitator - Radiology to lead education and professional development for Radiographers and Healthcare Assistants in Ireland. The role focuses on enhancing clinical standards, supervising training programmes, and ensuring delivery of high-quality patient care while promoting best practice within Radiology teams and CORU standards.

Qualifications

• CORU registration with a minimum of 6 years' post-qualification experience.
• Experience in clinical teaching, training and assessment of Radiographers.
• Experience in conducting clinical audits.
• Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of current Radiography practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, organisational and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver clinical education, induction and training programmes for Radiology staff.
• Support and assess Radiographers and Healthcare Assistants during orientation, probation and clinical adaptation programmes.
• Identify training needs and develop staff competencies through coaching, mentoring and practical clinical support.
• Work closely with Radiology Management, Clinical Coordinators and specialist staff to promote best practice.
• Develop and implement clinical policies, protocols and guidelines in line with professional standards.
• Support clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives and ongoing practice development.
• Promote continuous professional development and maintain a supportive learning environment.
• Ensure compliance with CORU standards and relevant healthcare regulations.
• Hands-on clinical education with direct supervision.
