Apple is seeking an early-career Site Reliability Engineer for Radar to help keep our platform for product development, bug tracking, and work management fast, available, and healthy. You will monitor services, respond to incidents, and build dashboards and automation to support a scalable, reliable system.

You will join a distributed team across California, Texas, and Ireland, collaborating with engineers to drive root cause analysis and improvements, with structured mentorship and training in

Qualifications

• Solid scripting or programming skills in Python, Bash, Java, or similar language.
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals.
• Experience with version control (Git) and a working understanding of the software development lifecycle.

Responsabilités

• Monitor the health and performance of Radar’s services, and respond to alerts and incidents.
• Build and improve dashboards, alerting, run books, and telemetry.
• Investigate production issues and contribute to root cause analysis and follow-up fixes.
• Automate operational tasks with scripts and tooling.
• Participate in an on-call rotation with support from senior engineers.
• Follow and help improve the team’s operational best practices.
