Job summary

Apple Inc. is seeking an early-career DevOps Engineer to help build and run pipelines that take Radar’s code from commit to production. You’ll work on a high-traffic platform used by Apple’s engineering teams, building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, IaC, and tooling.

You will join a distributed team across Ireland, California, and Texas, receiving mentorship and training in Apple’s development practices to accelerate your growth and impact on release velocity and platform stability.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in at least one modern language/scripting tool (Python, Bash, Go, or Java).
• Fundamental understanding of Git workflows, version control best practices, and core CI/CD principles.
• Solid foundation in Linux/Unix system administration, networking fundamentals, and operating system basics.
• Hands-on experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD).

Responsibilities

• Build, automate, and streamline CI/CD pipelines across a containerized microservices ecosystem.
• Automate environment provisioning and configuration management using IaC.
• Collaborate with engineers to build automated quality gates and reduce deployment lead times.
• Triage build/deployment issues and implement proactive monitoring to prevent regressions.
• Explore and integrate next-generation developer tooling and MCP integrations.
