Qualifications

• Honours bachelor’s degree (level 8) in engineering or related technical field.
• 1–2 years medical device industry experience.
• Test method development and validation.
• Hands-on experience using SolidWorks 3D CAD.

Responsibilities

• Support design control activities across the product lifecycle per quality system regulations.
• Maintain design history file (DHF) documentation including inputs/outputs, verification, validation and design reviews.
• Assist in creating/updating product requirements, specifications and risk management files.
• Support engineering changes and lifecycle process documentation.
• Demonstrate commitment to patient safety and product quality; ensure data integrity.
• Participate in root cause investigations, failure analysis and product improvements.
• Assist in prototype development, CAD modelling, and design modifications.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Process Engineering, Supply Chain, PM and Clinical teams.
