Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation is seeking an entry-level engineer to learn and contribute under the direction of senior engineers. You will help develop processes and equipment to introduce new products into manufacturing sites with emphasis on safety, quality and cost efficiency.

You will work under mentors to apply standard engineering techniques, review procedures, and support validation of manufacturing lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field is required.
• 0–3 years of engineering experience is preferred; candidates with 5+ years may be considered if education requirements are not met.

Responsibilities

• Develop processes and equipment to introduce new products into manufacturing sites.
• Identify existing or develop new process and equipment technology, characterize and optimize processes, and validate processes and manufacturing lines.
• Lead process improvements to existing plant operations and estimate production times, staffing, and related costs.
• Review procedures and plans prior to implementation and evaluate existing products for failures and improvements.
