Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation is seeking an entry-level engineer to support general engineering tasks, develop processes and equipment to introduce new products into manufacturing sites, and ensure safe, high-quality, cost-effective results.

Under mentorship, you will apply standard engineering techniques, review procedures, participate in projects for process improvements, and contribute to quality and regulatory compliance across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 0-3 years of experience preferred; candidates not meeting education may be considered with 5+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop processes and equipment to introduce new products into manufacturing sites to ensure safe, high‑quality and cost‑effective results.
• Identify existing or develop new process and equipment technology, characterize and optimize processes, and validate processes and manufacturing lines.
• Establish efficient production line layouts or lead process improvements to existing plant operations.
• Perform estimations of production times, staffing requirements, and related costs.
