• Knowledge of regulations and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Preparing budgets and cost plans for construction projects.
• Assessing the cost of materials, labour and other expenses.
• Monitoring construction costs and keeping projects within budget.
• Providing advice and guidance on cost-saving measures.
• Negotiating contracts with contractors and suppliers.
• Preparing and submitting progress reports to the Managing QS/Board.
