Qualifications

• Experience in derivatives risk management or financial markets.
• Willing to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Familiarity with DeFi protocols is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess key risk areas within derivatives/margin.
• Develop risk models/alerts/tools/dashboards.
• Conduct daily review and root cause analysis of incidents.
• Prepare accurate risk reports and findings.
• Explore the usage of AI and automation for trading risk monitoring.
• Implement and maintain risk policies.

Skills

Experience in derivatives risk management

Good understanding of cryptocurrency derivatives markets

Education
