Job summary

Alternative Heat Ltd in Dundalk is seeking a Quality Systems Manager who will lead the development, governance and continual improvement of the Integrated Management System (AH-IMS) across quality, health & safety, and environmental requirements.

You will coach managers to embed ISO standards, ensure document control, manage audits, nonconformities and corrective actions, and drive root-cause analysis, KPIs and management reviews.

Qualifications

• Lead and continually improve the AH-IMS including ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Coach managers and staff to implement policies, procedures and processes.
• Coordinate audits, manage nonconformities and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Drive continual improvement and risk reduction across operations.
• Ensure effective document control and compliance with standards.
• Lead management reviews and monitor KPIs and trends.
