Job summary

Alternative Heat Ltd in Dundalk is seeking a Quality Systems Manager who will lead the development, governance and continual improvement of the Integrated Management System (AH-IMS) across quality, health & safety, and environmental requirements.

You will coach managers to embed ISO standards, ensure document control, manage audits, nonconformities and corrective actions, and drive root-cause analysis, KPIs and management reviews.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Quality Systems Manager to join our team in Dundalk. Reporting directly to our Business Unit Manager, the successful candidate will lead the development, governance and continual improvement of the Alternative Heat - Integrated Management System (AH-IMS). The successful candidate will drive compliance, process excellence and continual improvement across manufacturing, design, project delivery, procurement and support functions. The role is responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of the AH-IMS, maintaining certification to ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and other applicable standards, supporting regulatory and customer compliance requirements and promoting a culture of quality and continual improvement throughout the business.
