Job summary

Vision Built Ltd, part of the Sisk Group, is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead QMS development across factories and sites. You will drive high quality standards, ensure compliance, and support project teams in achieving consistent quality outcomes.

The role requires strong engagement with production, audits, and supplier quality, with focus on continuous improvement and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Level 8 degree in Engineering, Construction, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or related discipline.
• Qualified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001.
• Experience with Root Cause Analysis.
• Governance and quality system documentation experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote awareness and compliance with VB QMS.
• Lead development/maintenance of QMS per ISO9001, BOPAS, EN1090, NSAI.
• Coordinate integration with ISO14001/ISO20400/ISO45001.
