Job summary

stmichaels.ie is seeking a Quality, Safety and Risk Manager to report to the Chief Executive Officer. You will develop and lead the QSRM framework, health and safety programme, and quality initiative framework across the organisation, ensuring licensing, credentialing and accreditation requirements are secured and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Develop & Implement a comprehensive QSRM programme and lead the development of Quality, Risk and Safety structures and processes.
• Develop & Implement a comprehensive Health and Safety Programme
• Develop & Implement a Quality Initiative Framework
• Secure & maintain Mandatory Licensing, credentialing & accreditation requirements
• Be responsible & accountable for the clinical governance function
• Establish & maintain patient outcomes & measure effectiveness of inputs & outputs
• Develop all QSRM Policies & Procedures
