Job summary

Matrix Recruitment Group in Clonmel is seeking a Quality Officer to join a supplier-focused team within a regulated manufacturing setting.

You will work across two sites, manage supplier qualification, monitor performance with KPIs, and support GMP compliance, audits, and regulatory inspections.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Life Sciences or related discipline.
• 3+ years' experience in supplier quality, procurement, or supply chain within pharmaceutical or other regulated manufacturing.
• Knowledge of GMP and supplier performance management.
• Auditing qualification.

Responsibilities

• Manages supplier qualification, risk management, and supplier performance reviews.
• Monitor supplier performance using KPIs.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams to resolve supplier issues.
• Ensure supplier compliance with GMP, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Support new product introductions and supply chain maps and Service Level Agreements.
• Participate/lead internal and external audits as well as support for Regulatory inspections

Matrix are currently hiring a Quality Officer on behalf of our client based in Clonmel.

Looking for a new challenge in supplier quality? We have a great opportunity for a Quality Officer to join a quality-focused team in a regulated manufacturing setting.

Your New Job:

In this role, you’ll work across two sites, playing a key part in managing and evaluating suppliers. You’ll collaborate closely with Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and more to keep operations running smoothly. Reporting within the Quality function, you’ll help ensure that all supplier activities meet stringent standards and support ongoing compliance.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Managesupplier qualification, risk management, andsupplierperformance reviews.
• Monitor supplier performance using KPIs.
• Collaborate withProcurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams to resolve supplier issues.

What Are We Looking For?
