Job summary

Matrix Recruitment Group is seeking a Supplier Quality Officer for a client based in Clonmel, Ireland. You will manage supplier qualification, monitor performance, and ensure GMP compliance across two sites within a regulated manufacturing environment.

You will collaborate with Procurement, Supply Chain and Manufacturing to resolve issues, support new product introductions, and participate in internal/external audits and regulatory inspections.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Life Sciences or related field.
• 3+ years' experience in supplier quality, procurement or supply chain in regulated manufacturing.
• Knowledge of GMP and supplier performance management.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Auditing qualification.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier qualification, risk management and supplier performance reviews.
• Monitor supplier performance using KPIs.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Supply Chain and Manufacturing to resolve issues.
• Ensure supplier GMP compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Support new product introductions and supply chain maps and SLAs.
• Participate in internal and external audits and support regulatory inspections.

What You Need to Know:

Looking for a new challenge in supplier quality? We have a great opportunity for a Supplier Quality Officer to join a quality-focused team in a regulated manufacturing setting.

Your New Job:

In this role, you’ll work across two sites, playing a key part in managing and evaluating suppliers. You’ll collaborate closely with Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and more to keep operations running smoothly. Reporting within the Quality function, you’ll help ensure that all supplier activities meet stringent standards and support ongoing compliance.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Managesupplier qualification, risk management, andsupplierperformance reviews.

• Monitor supplier performance using KPIs.

• Collaborate withProcurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams to resolve supplier issues.

• Ensure supplier compliance with GMP, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

• Support new product introductionsand supply chainmaps and Service Level Agreements.

• Participate/lead internal and external audits as well as Support for Regulatory inspections

What Are We Looking For?

• Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.

• 3+ years' experience in supplierquality, procurement, or supply chain within the pharmaceutical or other regulated manufacturing industry.

• Knowledge of GMP and supplier performance management.

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Auditing Qualification.
