Job summary

Global Professional Consultants seeks a Quality Lead for a large-scale, mission-critical/data centre project in Frankfurt, Germany. You will own the Project Quality Management Plan end-to-end, develop ITPs, lead audits, and work directly with client representatives to ensure compliance and complete close-out documentation.

Fluent English is required with German a distinct advantage; open to staying on-site in Frankfurt for the project duration.

Qualifications

• Experience as Quality Lead/Manager on large-scale/mission-critical projects.
• Strong QA processes, ITPs, and inspection/audit practices.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 QMS and quality auditing.
• Open to working away in Frankfurt for the project duration.
• Fluent English; German a distinct advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Project Quality Management Plan end-to-end across the project lifecycle.
• Develop, implement and monitor Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) across all work packages.
• Lead quality audits, inspections, and non-conformance report (NCR) management, driving close-out of all findings.
• Work directly with client representatives on quality matters, providing reporting and documentation as required.
• Ensure quality documentation and close-out records meet project and client requirements.
• Provide quality-related CDM and Health and Safety input where relevant.
• Support project teams in maintaining compliance with the QMS across a mission-critical build.

Quality Lead (Germany)

Quality Lead required for a Tier 1 Main Contractor to work on a large-scale mission‑critical/data centre project in Frankfurt, Germany. Our client is specifically looking for a Quality Lead, Quality Manager, or Senior Quality Engineer currently working on large-scale construction, mission‑critical, data centre, pharmaceutical, or industrial projects, ideally with a main contractor, who is comfortable owning the Project Quality Management Plan end‑to‑end and working directly with client representatives on a high‑profile international build. Candidates from across Europe with data centre or mission‑critical experience are encouraged to apply, not limited to Ireland or the UK. The successful Quality Lead will report to the Project Director on site.

Role:

• Strong grasp of quality assurance processes, ITPs, and inspection/audit practices
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 QMS and quality auditing
• Open to working away in Frankfurt for the project duration
• Fluent English; German a distinct advantage

Desirable:

• Knowledge of German construction regulations, DIN standards, and Eurocodes
• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Quality Management
• Prior experience on international/overseas assignments
