Job summary

Fingleton White in Dublin is seeking a Quality & Environmental Coordinator (REF: 2633b) to ensure effective management of quality and environmental processes across projects. You will oversee document control, subcontractor approvals and audits.

The role requires ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 familiarity, fluent English, and the ability to drive continuous improvement while coordinating with the Business Support team.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing ISO9001 and EMS ISO14001.
• Fluent written and spoken English essential.
• Proficiency with document control systems and auditing.
• Ability to travel to other sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage quality-related activities and processes.
• Coordinate QMS and audit programs ensuring ISO9001 compliance.
• Oversee document control and subcontractor approvals.
• Monitor EMS and environmental KPIs to reduce impact.
• Lead internal and external audits of IMS.
