Job summary

Sanofi Waterford is seeking a Quality Control Support Manager to lead QC processes on-site. You will oversee QC operations, digital solutions, and coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure timely product release.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering, strong leadership, and experience in manufacturing quality. Six Sigma certification is a plus; you will manage a QC support team and drive continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with relevant engineering background and manufacturing quality exposure.
• Significant experience in manufacturing quality, including managerial or leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of equipment, systems and quality improvement methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Six Sigma or equivalent quality certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all quality processes and digital solutions related to quality control management in compliance with Sanofi global processes and quality control tools.
• Providing QC support for all routine activities.
• Leading the quality control schedule and capacity planning to support timely product releases and adherence to standard times.
• Defining and maintaining maintenance, qualification, and calibration plans to ensure lab equipment validity.
• Handling sample management flows from sampling to receiving and dispatching to appropriate labs.
