Sanofi Waterford site seeks a Quality Control PCU Manager (Incoming and Device) to lead daily QC operations, ensuring GMP compliance and validated methods. You will manage and train staff, oversee validations, investigations and CAPAs, and drive quality improvements in the PCU perimeter.

In this 12-month FTC, you will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate test results, maintain equipment, and support regulatory audits while upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering or a related discipline.
• Significant experience in manufacturing quality and leadership is advantageous.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Six Sigma or equivalent quality certification is an advantage.

Mansioni

• Overseeing daily QC laboratory operations to meet schedules.
• Maintain GMP-compliant lab per internal and external quality requirements.
• Use validated methods and execute validation/transfer protocols.
• Manage and train laboratory staff following best practices.
• Maintain lab qualification matrix to ensure staff competency.
• Conduct routine shopfloor reviews to identify improvements.
• Review and approve laboratory test results and reports.
• Maintain equipment with maintenance, qualification and calibration plans.
• Follow up investigations, CAPAs and change controls promptly.
• Support regulatory inspections by answering requests.
