Job summary

Sanofi Waterford is hiring a Quality Control PCU Manager (Incoming and Device) for a 12-month FTC on-site role. You will lead the QC laboratory, ensure GMP standards, validate methods, train staff, and manage investigations and CAPAs, contributing to a robust quality culture.

The role requires a science/engineering degree and significant leadership in manufacturing quality. An emphasis on strong problem solving and communication will drive successful regulatory interactions and site-wide quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering or related discipline.
• Six Sigma or equivalent quality certification is an advantage.
• Significant leadership experience in manufacturing quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the QC laboratory to ensure adherence to plan.
• Ensure GMP-compliant processes and quality control methods are followed.
• Validate and transfer testing methods and maintain qualification matrices.
• Train and manage laboratory staff, promote best practices and safety.
• Review and approve laboratory test results and reports.
• Maintain equipment with calibration and qualification plans.
