Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment seeks a Quality Control Auditor / Assessor for a leading Irish building contractor based in Dublin 12. You will support the Quality Management System across multiple construction projects, conducting site audits and ensuring compliance with quality procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a trade background or a Construction Management qualification, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, and strong knowledge of building regulations and QA processes.

Quality Control Auditor / Assessor (Construction Experience essential)

An established and reputable Irish building contractor with a long history of delivering complex projects across the commercial, healthcare, education, residential, and industrial sectors is seeking a Quality Control Auditor / Assessor to join its team.

Reporting to the Quality Manager, this role involves supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of the company’s Quality Management System across multiple construction projects. Based primarily in Dublin 12, the successful candidate will work closely with project teams, conduct site-based quality audits, monitor compliance with quality procedures, investigate non-conformances, and support project handovers and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a trade background or a Construction Management qualification, with at least 3 years' experience in a similar role. Strong knowledge of construction best practices, quality assurance processes, building regulations, and construction software systems is essential. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively are key to success in this position.
