Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Quality Engineer to provide robust QA support at our NV site on an 18 month contract. You will drive continuous improvement, own CAPAs and NCs, and coordinate with suppliers to uphold quality performance across manufacturing processes.

The role requires a science/engineering background and 0+ years in manufacturing quality. Stryker offers comprehensive benefits and a competitive Ireland pay range.

Qualifications

• BSc or higher in a science/engineering field or equivalent experience.
• 0+ years in manufacturing quality environment preferred.
• Ability to drive quality improvements and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality engineering support across QA and manufacturing processes.
• Lead internal and supplier quality issues and drive root cause investigations.
• Own non-conformances and ensure timely closure of NCs and CAPAs.
• Dispostion of non-conforming product and escalation of supplier actions.
• Maintain KPIs and analyze trends to drive corrective actions.
• Support manufacturing complaints and product field actions.
