Job summary

Frank Keane BMW in Dublin is seeking experienced motor technicians to join the Naas Road team, with an option for a 4-day week. The role involves diagnostics, repairs and service work to BMW/MINI standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years post-apprenticeship experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with ADP/Kerridge; dedicated training and career development are provided.

Qualifications

• Qualified Technician with a minimum of 3 years post-apprenticeship experience
• Ability to clearly complete job card write ups to factory standards
• Good communication skills with service advisors/customers
• Experience with ADP/Kerridge environment would be an advantage

Responsibilities

• Perform work as outlined on the job card in line with BMW/MINI standards
• Communicate with parts department to obtain required parts and inform workshop manager as needed
• Diagnose causes of malfunctions and perform repairs with customer authorization
• Save and tag parts when under warranty or upon customer request
• Road-test vehicles to confirm repairs and ensure quality work
