Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is seeking a QEHS Advisor for a role spanning Meath and North Dublin. You will drive quality, environmental and health & safety standards, maintain ISO systems, and support audits while delivering weekly management insights.

The position demands practical QEHS experience, strong documentation discipline, and the ability to manage multiple projects across sites. Excellent communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a QEHS, quality, health and safety or compliance role.
• Practical knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
• Confident managing documentation, maintaining accurate records and coordinating internal and external audits.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, including procedures, records and processes.
• Support ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 compliance and ensure readiness for external audits.
• Carry out site inspections to monitor compliance with company procedures and site standards.
• Prepare and present QEHS reports to management, highlighting compliance status and improvement opportunities.
