Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a QC Projects Senior Specialist to join the QC Projects team at its Multi-Product Cell Culture Drug Substance and Sterile Drug Product Manufacturing Facility in Cruiserath. The role reports to the QC Shared Services Projects Senior Manager and involves planning, tracking, and coordinating improvement projects across QC operations.

Responsibilities include supporting onboarding, training, process improvements, and regulatory readiness, while ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Degree in Science or related discipline required.
• Minimum of 2 years in pharma/healthcare laboratory or related function.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory operations, especially training and testing from receipt to CoA.
• Project scoping and tracking experience desirable.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and regulatory knowledge desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support QC projects with continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist onboarding and training plan improvements.
• Enhance processes to reduce investigations and improve first-time quality.
• Support Lean labs and automated scheduling tool improvements.
• Manage projects with planning, tracking and escalation.
• Implement procedures to maximize operating efficiency using OE tools.
• Support training activities to improve efficiency and compliance in QC.
• Assist with tech transfers managed by the QC Projects team.
• Support Drug Substance release activities such as tracking and data collation.
• Ensure SOPs and specifications compliance and alignment with safety culture.
• Participate in regulatory inspections as required.
