Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is recruiting a QC Projects Senior Specialist to support the QC Projects team at its Cruiserath facility. Reporting to the QC Shared Services Projects Senior Manager, the role focuses on continuous improvement, onboarding training, and tech transfers within QC.

The successful candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project scope and timelines, ensure SOP compliance, and participate in regulatory inspections as required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical/healthcare laboratory or related technical function.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support QC Projects team with continuous improvement initiatives.
• Project management of projects with planning, tracking and escalations.
• Assist onboarding and training plans and method-specific training.
• Support tech transfers managed by the QC Projects team and related activities.
• Ensure SOPs and Registered Specifications are followed and compliant.
