Bristol Myers Squibb is recruiting a Senior Specialist, QC Projects to support the QC Projects team at its facilities in Ireland. The role reports to the QC Shared Services Projects Senior Manager and encompasses project management, training support, and process improvement within QC operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or related discipline required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical/healthcare laboratory or related technical function.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to influence decisions and work with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of laboratory operation from receipt to CoA and regulatory requirements is important.
• Project scoping and tracking experience is desirable.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and understanding regulatory requirements is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support QC Projects with continuous improvement initiatives and project management for assigned scopes.
• Assist onboarding and training plans; contribute to method-specific training.
• Help reduce investigations and improve first-time quality across QC teams.
• Support Lean labs and automated scheduling tool enhancements.
• Plan, track, and escalate project activities; communicate with stakeholders as needed.
• Ensure SOPs and training documents are approved and aligned with safety culture.
