Job summary

Our Company in Ireland is seeking a QC Planning & Laboratory Systems Specialist to lead end-to-end planning and optimization of QC Release and Stability activities in a regulated manufacturing setting.

You will coordinate demand, capacity, scheduling, and KPI reporting using GLIMS/LIMS, Excel, and Power BI, while promoting GMP compliance and continuous improvement across the QC operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a science or related field, and 3+ years in a regulated pharma/lab environment.
• Experience with GLIMS/LIMS, lab planning, scheduling or capacity management.
• Advanced Excel skills and data analysis capability.

Responsibilities

• Laboratory planning and scheduling for QC Release, Stability, Validation, PPQ and ad hoc testing.
• Forecast capacity and balance workloads across analysts, instruments, and contract labs.
• Manage laboratory systems, KPI reporting with Excel/Power BI and translate data to insights.
• Coordinate external contract labs and monitor performance against timelines.
• Ensure GMP compliance and drive continuous improvement in planning processes.
