Job summary

Uniting Holding is seeking a Senior QC Analyst to perform analytical testing on finished products and raw materials in our Loughrea facility. You will apply HPLC, IR, UV, dissolution, and physical testing while following GLP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements. Strong collaboration with QA, production, and suppliers is essential.

The role requires 5+ years in QC in pharma, a chemistry degree, and solid MS Office skills. Onsite work in Loughrea with strict quality controls and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3rd level qualification – bachelor's degree in a chemistry-based discipline.
• 5+ years' experience in a Senior QC Analyst/QC Analyst role.
• Strong computer skills in MS Office.
• Experience working within a pharmaceutical cGLP Environment; knowledge of EU GMP and US FDA Guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Carry out analytical testing on finished products (Stability & Release) and raw materials.
• Maintain and follow SOPs; adhere to pharmacopoeia references and regulatory standards.
• Complete analysis of raw materials, finished products, and contract manufactured products.
• Support laboratory testing schedule to achieve QC efficiency and high Customer Service levels.
• Liaise with team leaders, report timely results, and address discrepancies.
