Job summary

Flexsource are recruiting for Quality Control Inspectors for a large manufacturing facility based in Dublin 15. In this role you will inspect incoming materials, in-process assemblies and finished products to ensure they meet customer specifications and quality standards.

You will use electrical, mechanical and visual testing equipment, maintain records and report NCRs/CARs. 1–3 years in QC/QA, a relevant qualification, and strong attention to detail are preferred, with the ability to work

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' experience in QC/QA or manufacturing.
• Relevant QC/QA qualification or equivalent.
• Good understanding of QC processes and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and record-keeping abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process assemblies, and finished products.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inspection and testing records.
• Prepare Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Corrective Action Reports (CARs).
• Investigate and document quality issues and escape where necessary.
• Work closely with production teams to implement corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes.
• Ensure all inspections are carried out in accordance with Health & Safeht procedures.

Requirements

• 1-3 years' experience in a Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or manufacturing environment.
• Relevant QC/QA qualification or equivalent.
• Good understanding of quality control processes and procedures.
