Flexsource is recruiting for a Quality Control Inspector for a large manufacturing facility based in Dublin 15. You will ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications while adhering to industry requirements.

The role involves inspecting materials, components, and finished goods, maintaining records, and assisting with corrective actions as part of a continuous improvement mindset. A permanent position with competitive salary and benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience in a Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or manufacturing environment.
• Good understanding of quality control processes and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and record-keeping abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process assemblies, and finished products.
• Perform electrical, mechanical, and visual inspections using appropriate testing equipment.
• Verify compliance with customer specifications and relevant industry standards.
• Maintain accurate inspection and testing records.
• Prepare Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Corrective Action Reports (CARs).
• Investigate and document quality issues and escalate where necessary.
• Work closely with production teams to implement corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes.
• Ensure all inspections are carried out in accordance with Health & Safety procedures.
