Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of laboratory experience.
• Biologics manufacturing and bioassays knowledge.
• GMP testing laboratory experience.

Responsibilities

• Chair and run daily Tier 1 meetings and oversee lab activities.
• Schedule ancillary lab duties including reagent screening and qualifications.
• Maintain lab housekeeping and review paperwork and SOP updates.
• Develop personnel and succession planning for Analytical Tech staff.
• Coordinate with Microbiology, Chemistry, Production and QA for timely product release.
• Provide team KPI data and participate in departmental meetings.
