Inform3 Recruitment is seeking a QA Technician in North West Co. Cork to ensure quality across processes and outputs. The ideal candidate has around 2+ years in a similar role, with experience in implementing quality improvements in manufacturing.

The role offers opportunities to further develop skills and assume responsibility. You will work within a productive quality team, interacting with customers and colleagues, providing technical production support, and driving continuous improvement

Formación

• Food Science Degree or equivalent in relevant discipline.
• 2+ years’ experience within a similar role/environment.
• Knowledge of BRC and audits relating to Food Manufacturing Industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills, being both persuasive and assertive.
• Methodical and logical with an ability to provide solutions
• Strong mathematic, written English and IT skills, demonstrable experience of Microsoft applications.
• Highly organised, disciplined, and able to maintain high standards while unsupervised.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• You will play an integral role as part of the Quality, yet highly productive team, establishing strong working relationships with customers, as well as colleagues.
• Providing technical support – especially regarding production issues – you will be key in maintaining and developing customer relationships and developing the business.
• Calibration and maintenance of QA.
• Ensure sound GMP monitoring and driving for continuous improvement throughout the company.
• Prepare specifications and ensuring old ones are updated in an accordingly manner.
• Working efficiently within the Quality Department to ensure delivery of safe products that meet customer specifications.
• Complete all weekly and daily key performance indicator reports accurately.

The ideal candidate should have around 2+ years’ experience in a similar role with proven experience designing, implementing and overseeing quality improvements in the manufacturing sector.
