Job summary

SOLAS, the Further Education and Training Authority of Ireland, seeks a Manager, Quality Assurance to lead apprenticeship QA transformation and coordinate delivery of the NAO work plan. You will engage with apprentices, employers, training providers and other stakeholders to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

The role is a permanent, hybrid position based in Dublin 1 (Castleforbes House) with a 35-hour week and a salary of €83,043–€108,662 per annum.

Qualifications

• Leadership and stakeholder engagement experience
• Quality assurance management experience
• Strong written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Lead apprenticeship QA transformation and coordinate NAO work plan
• Engage with apprentices, employers, training providers and partners to ensure compliance and continuous improvement
• Develop, implement and review QA frameworks and SOPs; lead meetings and events related to QA
