Job summary

Oliver James Group is seeking an experienced SDET QA Engineer for a contract role in Dublin City Centre. The role focuses on automation testing, designing and maintaining test frameworks, and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure high-quality software delivery.

The ideal candidate will have strong programming/scripting skills, experience with API and UI testing, and a solid understanding of Agile methodologies.

We're currently looking for an experienced SDET QA Engineer to join a dynamic team on a contract basis in Dublin city centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for a quality-focused engineer with strong automation testing experience who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

• Design, develop and maintain automated test frameworks.
• Create and execute automated test scripts across applications and services.
• Work closely with developers, QA and wider engineering teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Identify, investigate and troubleshoot defects and quality issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing strategies and processes.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as an SDET, QA Automation Engineer or similar.
• Strong hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools.

Contract Details

Location: Dublin City Centre

Working Model: 3 days onsite per week

Contract: Day Rate

Rate: €425-€450 per day
