• Exceptional written judgment with clear, empathetic public communication.
• Sound judgment handling ambiguity and reputational risk.
• Demonstrated ownership and ability to organize work.
• Ability to guide less-experienced teammates with actionable feedback.
• Comfort using dashboards and basic data to identify patterns.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage community interactions across supported platforms while meeting quality and responsiveness expectations.
• Act as escalation point for complex or high-visibility cases, including influential users and privacy concerns.
• Support teammates by providing actionable feedback and explaining reasoning for responses.
• Recognize high-risk situations and escalate to senior specialists as needed.
• Participate in incident response under senior guidance, maintaining ownership and communication.
• Gather facts, identify stakeholders and risks, and recommend safe paths forward for escalations.
• Use dashboards and social-listening data to identify patterns and support decisions.
• Communicate product, user, and risk signals to cross-functional partners.
• Contribute to incident retrospectives, playbooks and knowledge resources.
• Own defined components of improvement projects and track progress.
