Your resume and cover letter, tailored to exactly what they’re hiring for.
Occu, Ireland’s leading independent PRS Asset Manager, is hiring an entry level Property Inspector. You will visit developments to perform routine, pre-move-in and move-out inspections, ensuring each home is in excellent condition for residents.
You will record conditions with photos, flag issues to the Property Manager, and maintain clear inspection records. Full training is provided, with travel between sites requiring a valid driving licence.
Our superstars are at the heart of everything we do, and we’re driven to being a part of their lives. When we talk about the Occu Experience, we are talking about a culture built on purpose, integrity and high standards.
Established in 2019, Occu is Ireland’s leading independent PRS Asset Manager, with over 4,200 residential units under management across 27 locations, and further developments underway. We partner with global institutional investors and operate in a highly governed, asset-backed environment where financial discipline and transparency are critical.
At Occu, we're not just about renting homes, we're about creating lifestyles. We work hard on the little touches so our residents can enjoy the big things in life, and we're growing at pace. This is an entry level opportunity to get your foot in the door on our Property Management team and build a career in a friendly, people first business.
As Property Inspector, you'll be our eyes on the ground across our developments. You'll carry out inspections of our homes, including routine inspections, pre-move in inspections and move out inspections, making sure each property is in great shape and ready for the people who live there.
When you spot a maintenance issue, you'll record it clearly and pass it to a Property Manager, who will review it and decide on any next steps. You're the person who notices what needs attention and makes sure nothing slips through.
A core part of the role is making sure every home meets the standard expected of it. In practice that means inspecting against each home's legal requirements, Occu's own brand standards, and the specific standards of the client who owns the development. Which standards apply can vary from property to property, so you'll get to know the context of each one. It's not a tick box exercise, it's about taking pride in the standard across the board, while always respecting our residents.
This is an entry level role, so we're open on experience. If you're organised, personable and take pride in doing things properly, we'd love to hear from you. Full training will be provided.
We look after our people, and the perks are pretty good too. Did we mention no suits? (Well, not often anyway!)
