Job summary

Leevin Group is hiring for an inspections-focused role in Dublin. You will inspect properties, document conditions with photos, and maintain accurate records using property management systems.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and proficiency in Excel and inspection platforms. English is required; Spanish is a plus. You will work with commercial, customer experience, collections, and maintenance teams to support reopening and selling of properties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; training in property management is a plus.
• Proficiency with Excel and inspection platforms for data recording.
• Intermediate English is mandatory; Spanish desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections on existing and new properties.
• Record condition details and note damages or repairs.
• Document property through photographs.
• Maintain up-to-date inspection records in systems.
• Determine involved departments after inspections.
• Generate monthly productivity indicators for inspections.
• Adapt inspection approach per property/client needs.
• Collaborate with commercial, customer experience, collections, and maintenance teams.
• Use a mobile phone with internet to carry out duties.
