Job summary

Elevate Partners is seeking a Property Accountant to join its property finance team in Dublin. You will provide broad exposure across property accounting, financial reporting, tenant and landlord accounts, VAT and client reporting, working closely with Property Managers and the wider finance team.

Qualifications

• Relevant accounting qualification or studies (ATI, CIMA or equivalent).
• Experience in property, real estate or property management preferred.
• Strong IT and systems skills; familiarity with property accounting software is a plus.
• Good communication and organisational skills with ability to manage a varied workload.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accounts and financial reports for client entities, supporting statutory accounting and VAT returns.
• Manage property-related accounting: rent/service charges, tenant recharges, receipt allocations.
• Process supplier invoices and landlord payments with approvals and queries.
• Support compliance reporting and service charge audits across the property portfolio.
