Job summary

Elevate Partners is seeking a Property Accountant to join its property finance team in Dublin. You will provide broad exposure across property accounting, financial reporting, tenant and landlord accounts, VAT and client reporting, working closely with Property Managers and the wider finance team.

Responsibilities include preparing accounts and financial reports for client entities, managing rent and service charge billings, processing supplier invoices and landlord payments, and supporting

Qualifications

• Relevant accounting qualification or studies (ATI, CIMA or equivalent).
• Experience in property, real estate or property management preferred.
• Strong IT and systems skills; familiarity with property accounting software is a plus.
• Good communication and organisational skills with ability to manage a varied workload.

• Prepare accounts and financial reports for client entities, supporting statutory accounting, filing requirements and VAT returns.
• Manage property-related accounting, including rent and service charge billings, tenant recharges and the allocation of receipts.
• Process supplier invoices and landlord payments, working closely with Property Managers on approvals, expense analysis and accounting queries.
• Support property compliance reporting and service charge audits while assisting with wider accounting requirements across the property portfolio.

Requirements

• Relevant accounting qualification or studies, such as ATI, CIMA or equivalent.
• Previous accounting experience, ideally gained within property, real estate or property management.
• Strong IT and systems skills, with experience using property accounting software an advantage.
• Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage a varied workload and work to deadlines.
