3D Personnel Ltd seeks a Project Quantity Surveyor for a civil engineering project in Co. Wexford. The role focuses on managing the commercial side from tender to final account and overseeing subcontract packages, valuations, cost reports, and cash-flow forecasts.

The successful candidate will handle variations and final accounts, reporting performance to senior management while driving value and mitigating risk. Accommodation may be provided.

Formación

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar.
• QS experience with a main contractor.
• Good knowledge of Irish forms of contract.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Full driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the commercial side of projects from tender to final account.
• Procure and manage subcontract packages.
• Prepare valuations, cost reports and cash-flow forecasts.
• Manage variations, change control and final accounts.
• Report commercial performance to senior management.

Conocimientos

QS experience with a main contractor

Strong negotiation and communication

Full driving licence

Educación

Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
