Designer Group is seeking an experienced Project Planner / Scheduler who understands how construction projects move, not just on paper but on site. You will sit at the centre of project delivery, collaborating with Project Managers, Commercial teams and site leadership to build, manage and challenge programmes in real time.
You'll own the programme from development through delivery, ensuring it reflects reality, drives performance, and highlights risk before it becomes a problem.
We're looking for a Project Planner / Scheduler who understands how construction projects actually move, not just on paper, but on site.
This is not a passive reporting role. You'll sit at the centre of project delivery, working directly with Project Managers, Commercial teams and site leadership to build, manage and challenge programmes in real time.
You'll take ownership of the programme from early development through to delivery, ensuring it reflects reality, drives performance, and highlights risk before it becomes a problem.
If you've worked in an M&E contractor or construction environment and know how sequencing, coordination and site constraints impact delivery, you'll fit straight into this.
Planning in Designer Group is not a back-office function, it's a core part of how we deliver projects.
You'll be working on high-value, complex builds where your input directly impacts programme certainty, commercial outcomes, and project success.
You'll be trusted to influence, not just report.
