Turn this role into an interview — a resume and cover letter built around what this employer wants.
Designer Group is seeking a Project Planner / Scheduler in Ireland to own and manage programmes from early development through delivery. You will work with Project Managers, Commercial teams and site leadership to align plans with real delivery and highlight risks before they become issues.
Active involvement across project lifecycle, with a focus on sequencing, site constraints and practical planning advice, will be essential to keep programmes realistic and performance-driven.
We’re looking for a Project Planner / Scheduler who understands how construction projects actually move, not just on paper, but on site.
This is not a passive reporting role. You'll sit at the centre of project delivery, working directly with Project Managers, Commercial teams and site leadership to build, manage and challenge programmes in real time.
You’ll take ownership of the programme from early development through to delivery, ensuring it reflects reality, drives performance, and highlights risk before it becomes a problem.
If you've worked in an M&E contractor or construction environment and know how sequencing, coordination and site constraints impact delivery, you'll fit straight into this.
Planning in Designer Group is not a back-office function, it's a core part of how we deliver projects.
You'll be working on high-value, complex builds where your input directly impacts programme certainty, commercial outcomes, and project success.
You'll be trusted to influence, not just report.
