Job Title – Project Manager

About the Company

I am currently recruiting for one of the busiest contractors across Munster and Connaught. They are looking to add an experienced Project Manager to their team in Munster. They have several live sites across Limerick and Galway, residential and commercial projects.

The Role

• Deliver project on time and to high standards
• Provide technical support to the project team
• Produce accurate, consistent and professional reports
• Co‑ordinate and liaise with contracts manager, site engineers and services co‑ordinator to ensure that all subcontractors and site personnel have timely and accurate information.
• Participate in preparation of necessary documents for inclusion on tender submissions, including site visits
• Liaise with the company and client
• Ensure all processes are being adhered to on the project
• Ensure that end product meets client’s expectation
• Responsible for health and safety

Requirements

• A degree in engineering, construction management or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years’ previous experience managing residential or commercial projects for main contractor.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Knowledge of current health and safety legislation.
