Job summary

Adecco is recruiting a Project Manager to join a growing engineering business delivering complex pharmaceutical and biotechnology projects for regulated manufacturing clients. You will take ownership from design through procurement, installation, FAT, commissioning and handover, coordinating multidisciplinary teams in a GMP environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a project management role within engineering/manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical and process engineering background.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated manufacturing sectors is highly desirable.
• Bachelor-level engineering degree or equivalent qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead project, process, and mechanical engineering teams to deliver complex projects.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and commercial performance across projects.
• Coordinate design, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning activities.
• Collaborate with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
