Job summary

Apple in Ireland, Cork is seeking recent graduates or final-year students for a 23-month programme. Based in Cork, you will design and manage key projects, collaborate cross-functionally, and focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The role requires a 2:1 honours degree (Level 8) in BIS, BComm, Commerce or similar, plus strong communication, data-driven mindset and ability to navigate ambiguity. Start date negotiable between June and mid-August 2027.

This role is for recent graduates (summer 2026) or final-year students graduating in summer 2027, who are based in Ireland, ideally Cork. We require a minimum 2:1 honours degree (Level 8) in BIS, BComm, Commerce, or other similar qualification. We’re sorry that we can’t consider applications outside of these criteria for this programme.

Responsibilities

• Involved in the design, management and execution of key projects and initiatives.
• Work cross functionally with internal partners to develop meaningful and long-lasting relationships
• Support project activities Identify risks / bottleneck areas and take ownership to resolve; by initiating and implementing corrective action
• Ability to maintain and develop relationships, cross functionally within the organisation Evaluating current business processes and see opportunities to improve
• Strive to ensure each and every customer experience exceeds expectations

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 2:1 honours degree (Level 8) in BIS, BComm, Commerce, or other similar qualification.
• High level of integrity, passion, even an obsession on the customer experience and sense of urgency to “make things happen”
• Strong business acumen.
• Leverage data / key performance indicators / financial reports to identify and articulate business needs that require creative problem solving.
• You must be a great communicator, someone who can naturally foster trust and build strong business relationships.
• Able to deal with ambiguity and take keen interest in partner programs/channel management.
• Excellence and a keen eye for detail should be a habit. You should have have a very low tolerance for errors.
• Passion and experience in crafting exceptional customer experience’s
• Flexible and have an open working style, with an ability to quickly establish trust and credibility.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understand project management methods and tools, including agile and waterfall.
