Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:1 honours degree (Level 8) in BIS, BComm, Commerce, or other similar qualification.
• High integrity and passion for customer experience; sense of urgency to act.
• Strong business acumen.
• Ability to leverage data, KPIs, and financial reports to identify business needs.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort with ambiguity and interest in partner programs / channel management.
• Attention to detail; low tolerance for errors.
• Experience crafting exceptional customer experiences.
